The hotel was in a great location, surrounded by stunning mountains and providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, making my trip to the Carpathian mountains a truly amazing experience. The hotel had clean and shiny surroundings, and the traditional food offered was delicious. the hotel had a lovely yard with a pool and numerous flower pots, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
The service at the hotel was not up to par. The staff seemed inflexible and unhelpful when it came to solving problems.

Located in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains, this hotel provides easy access to nearby amenities, such as a large market. the exterior is also stunning with a well-maintained yard complete with a pool and playground. But what I loved most was the traditional food served at the hotel, it truly added to my overall experience.
The service was lacking and staff did not handle issues well. the menu promised more than it delivered, with poor offerings and inflated prices.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and shiny. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a beautiful exterior, a cozy yard with a pool, and a playground for children. The staff were friendly and spoke English, always ready to help if needed. The location was perfect, nestled among the mountains, and with amenities like a big market just a short walk away.
